In addition to the above Shivsu Watec product range meet the industries expanding requirement for treated water of varying purity level for a wide range of applications. Shivsu Watec Water treatment systems are available from standard package type to custom built installations for high purity water.

CLARIFIER

“Shivsu Watec” can design, manufacture and supply clarifiers as per customer requirement. Clarifier is a unit, which is provided to reduce the escape of suspended solids and bio-mass with the sewage. It consist of circular/rectangular tank with a clarifier arm to scrape down the settled sludge through the sloped hopper to the sludge pit from where it is taken to the sludge treatment units.

LAMELLA CLARIFIER/TUBE SETTLER:

“Shivsu Watec” can design, manufacture and supply Lamella Clarifiers/Tube Settlers as per customer requirement. Lamella Clarifier/Tube Settler is a physical unit, which is provided to remove suspended solids from the wastewater. The flocs which is form in the flocculator is allowed to settle down the by means of gravity settling. It consists of rectangular tubes / plates, which is placed at an inclination with respect to horizontal. When the wastewater is allowed to pass through the tubes/plates, water tends to move-up while the solids naturally move down because of gravity. The settled solid is collected in the sludge pit at bottom of the tank and it is taken to the sludge treatment units.

We offer prefabricated units in MS-FRP and in Civil based systems.

DAF SYSTEM (Dissolved Air Floatation)

“Shivsu Watec” can design, manufacture and supply DAF System as per customer requirement. Dissolved air floatation system is a physical unit, which is provided to achieve nil TSS. FeCl3 (ferric chloride) along with Alum and Poly electrolyte is dozed to support flocculation and sedimentation of total suspended solids. DAF equipment is particularly successful in Paper Mills, Tanneries and in other industries.

We offer prefabricated units in MS-FRP and in Civil based systems.

PRESSURE SAND FILTERS :

Shivsu Watec silver stream filters provide crystal clear water of turbiditly level of less than 2 to 3 mg/ltr on Silica scale. Horizontal and vertical filters are available in a complete range and sizes upto 3600mm dia Normal filtering medium employed is clean, sieved and grade quartz and fine sand. For applications like iron removal, chlorine reduction special type filter media are available.

A wide range of chemical dozing equipment is specially designed by Shivsu Watec for specific water quality requirements. For mineral water industry special TSS and Absorption Filters designed to meet the specific water quality level.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (ADSORPOTION FILTER)

100 MICRON filtered water passed through the ACF to eliminate & oxidizes chlorine odor and color.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN: Manufactured with FRP/SS outer casing to provide structure strength and longevity of 20-30 years. Internally lined with acid resistance fiber re-enforced plastic (FRP) / Epoxy. All valves used in the system of International Standard. Carbon with iodine value of 800 is used. Special carbon with iodine value of 1200 is used for elimination of pesticides

CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM

This is a Electro-Mechanical Unit provided with Pump Chemical Tank and used extensively for dosing various chemicals at required rate into the raw water / sewage water for treatment.

ANTI SCALENT DOSING SYSTEM: Anti Scalent is dosed in recommended quantities on line by a automatic doser to prevent scale formation on the RO membrane and eliminate chemical fouling.

ANTRACITE CARBON FILTER

MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTERS

The Micron filter of 1.0, 0.45, & 0.2 are housed in a specially manufactured SS 316 housing. The code of the cartridges used is code 4-PP, PVDF, Pleated, Membrane cartridge. Specially Electro polished SS 316 housing with Derry Bends and SMS easily unlock fitting are used.

The micron cartridge used are PP, PVDF, Pleated Membrane, cartridges. They are far superior to any pleated, PP, cartridges.

The rating of the cartridges are absolute and guarantee to give the rating of filter prescribed.

MICRO FILTERS

IRON REMOVAL FILTER:

Bore well water passes through the IRF filter from the Raw Water Storage Tank. The IRF Filter removes Iron.

Structural Design: Manufactured with FRP/SS outer casing to provide structure, strength and longevity of 20-30 years. Internally lined with acid resistance fiber re-enforced plastic (FRP) / Epoxy. All valves used in the system of International Standard. British Iron Removal Media (Mn O2) used to remove the Iron.

ULTRA FILTRATION (UF)

Ultra Filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semi permeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained, while water and Low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane. This separation process is used in industry and research for purifying and concentrating macromolecular (103-106 Da) solutions, especially protein solutions.

NANO FILTRATION

REVERSE OSMOSIS :

Shivsu Watec silver stream specialising in reverse osmosis water purification system.The product range has backing from one of the world leaders in reverse osmosis plant with a proven technical background. The reverse osmosis system offered are ideal for treating of raw water carrying over 1500 MG/LTR total dissolved solids. A combination of reverse osmosis/ion exchange demineralising system is the answer for production of higher system.

The Anti Scalent Dosed water passes through the 5 Micron filter to the state of art Reverse Osmosis Unit. The RO membrane reduces the total dissolved solid of water to less than 5 PPM.

The RO Unit is totally manufactured in house by Shivsu Watec.

The RO Unit is specially skid mounted in a compact powder coated system.

The membrane used in the RO system are state of art Polyamide membrane manufactured by M/s. Shivsu Watec.

The membrane housing are made of high pressure resistance fiber re-enforced plastic (FRP) or SS and manufactured by M/s. Shivsu Watec

The system comes complete with high pressure Shivsu Watec pump manufactured by us, which is totally SS 316 material of construction as well as high pressure and low pressure cut off switch, flow indicator for rejection and product water high pressure solenoid valve and control panel.

The advantages of the Polyamide membrane to any other membrane offered is cast.

As the membrane is superior to any other RO membrane available in the market, Nano filtration or ultra filtration is not required for post RO system.

ION EXCHANGE SYSTEM

BASE EXCHANGE SOFTENERS / DE-IONIZER :

Shivsu Watec ranges of softeners are from standard packaged- type-skid mounted and large custom build installation. Units are available manually controlled or semi or fully automatic. Shivsu Watec softeners are suitable for treating water for low and medium pressure boilers are well as for process use. The units are perfectly engineered to ensure trouble free and long lasting service with minimum operating and maintenance cost.

DM PLANT / DEMINERALIZERS :

The system range from two-bed demineralizer to mixed bed polishers capable of producing treated water of purity required for any specific application. Water conductivity is less than 0.1 micro seimen can be achieved. Shivsu Watec offers wide range of demineralizers ranging from packaged type units to large custom built installations. Manual, semi automatic plants are available. The units are supplied with chemical handling, resin regeneration system comprising rubber lined steel vessels and tanks and also rubber lined steel piping with cast iron rubber lined diaphragm valves which ensure fail-safe operation as well as Advance Composite FRP Vessels.

MIXED BED (MB SYSTEM)

Shivsu Watec can design, manufacture and supply Demineralizers & Mixed Bed Units as per customer requirement. Mixed Bed Unit is a physical unit provided to remove TDS in the water by Ion Exchange method using both ANION & CATION resins, which effectively reduces the TDS in the Water. This unit needs regular regeneration.

We offer combination of RO System and MB System to provide low conductivity water required for boiler feed and other industrial applications.
