DOSING SYSTEM
Mechanical to work on differential pressure

of chemicals at required rate into the raw water / sewage water
for treatment
ANTI SCALENT DOSING SYSTEM:
Anti Scalent is dosed in recommended quantities
on line by a automatic doser to prevent scale formation on the
RO membrane and eliminate chemical fouling.
PRESSURE SAND FILTER (TSS FILTER):
Bore well water passes through the TSS filter
from the Raw Water Storage Tank. The TSS Filter removes all
suspended and impurity to the size of 100 microns.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN: Manufactured with FRP/SS
outer casing to provide structure, strength and longevity of
20-30 years. Internally lined with acid resistance fiber re-enforced
plastic (FRP) / Epoxy. All valves used in the system of International
Standard. Special Centrifugally separated acid wash multi grade
sand is used as a media. Extra diameter & height of the
shell provided to give higher filtration area.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (ADSORPOTION FILTER)
100 MICRON filtered water
passed through the ACF to eliminate & oxidizes chlorine
odor and color.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN: Manufactured with FRP/SS
outer casing to provide structure strength and longevity of
20-30 years. Internally lined with acid resistance fiber re-enforced
plastic (FRP) / Epoxy. All valves used in the system of International
Standard. Carbon with iodine value of 800 is used. Special carbon
with iodine value of 1200 is used for elimination of pesticides.
MICRON FILTERS:
The
Micron filter of 1.0, 0.45, & 0.2 are housed in a specially
manufactured SS 316 housing. The code of the cartridges used
is code 4-PP, PVDF, Pleated, Membrane cartridge. Specially Electro
polished SS 316 housing with Derry Bends and SMS easily unlock
fitting are used. Micron Filter Houses in Duplex SS , SS 316L
and MSRL and also available for sea water applications
The micron cartridges used are PP, PVDF, Pleated
Membrane, cartridges. They are far superior to any pleated,
PP, cartridges. The ratings of the cartridges are absolute and
guarantee to give the rating of filter prescribed.

ULTRA VIOLET SYSTEM
Two Stage of UV Sterilization :
The chemically treated blended water is pass
through the state of art of FEP Tubing UV Sterilizer. The FEP
Tubing is manufacture by Dupont, (USA). The UV Penetration and
kill rate is of 99.99% in the system.
It needs no maintenance or replacement as no
scale forms on the FEP tubing when water passes through the
surface.
It stands temperature upto 1000 Degree Centigrade.
It is non-breakable thus no question of replacement for 20-25
years.
The UV lamps used in the system are of
15-25 watts and manufactured by IWA Vesaki, Japan (or) Atlantic
Ultraviolet, GE (USA) / Philips (Holland). It is for superior
to a Quartz ultraviolet system.
OZONE GENERATOR:
OZONE
is the most powerful commercial oxidant in the world. It has
been used primarily as disinfectant for drinking water since
the early 1900's. Its is also useful for waste water disinfections
and malodorous off gases from waste water treatment plants.
Because ozone must be generated on site for immediate use, this
is best done through an ozone generator. The advantage of ozone
for commercially treating waste water is that it destroys bacteria,
inhibits algae growth and reduces scaling in problem areas.
It has faster reaction rate than chemicals and only oxidation
not chlorination, takes places.
The ozone is purged into the final storage
tank before the water is packed in the Automatic Filter. The
Ozone generator is one of the type in the world at uses absolutely

The ozone generator uses upon 0.5 HP Compressor,
air drier and air oil separator along with the micron air filter
which are the pre-requisites of the air before the air is send
to the ozone generator.

and shelf-life of the final product water.
